Fast Forward Fridays is Haraka Run Club’s weekly run program built for runners ready to put in real work before the weekend. Led by Haraka specialists, each run is structured, community-driven, and open to all paces—whether you’re chasing a personal best or building consistency with a running crew.
I understand that participating in running activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, dehydration, collisions, and weather-related hazards. I voluntarily choose to participate, fully aware of these risks.
